
Contributions to EduPAC
Your financial contribution will help in our efforts to support candidates who will effectively govern the Atlanta Public Schools.

EduPAC is registered with the Georgia Secretary of State and the IRS as a political organization and will be filing regular disclosure reports on its receipts and disbursements with the Secretary of State, local authorities and the IRS. The names and mailing addresses of all contributors will be listed on these reports along with the occupations and employers of individual contributors.

Contributions to EduPAC are not tax deductible. Under applicable law, contributions may be made to EduPAC by most corporations, individuals and state political action committees in any amount.

Under federal law, national banks and foreign nationals (including individuals who are not U.S. citizens or who have not been admitted to permanent U.S. residence) may not contribute to EduPAC. Under state law, public utility companies and their PACs may not contribute to EduPAC. |
